Autumn in Barbagia 2015 at Dorgali
Autumn in Barbagia was established in 1996 year in which is organized for the first time an event called "Cortes apertas", "open courts": Were the historic houses of the town open their courtyards, and through these courtyards visitors can enjoy a journey trough all sorts of artistic and gastronomical products.
In 2001 a number of municipalities and the Chamber of Commerce have launched a joint project, to give the opportunity to other municipalities to join the circuit of Cortes Apertas. The result is "Autumn in Barbagia", a promotional showcase: the most authentic of all Sardinia, discovering the knowledge and tastes of typical Sardinian food and wine, promoting excellent products and traditions directly by of the locals. Dorgali, this year will open its Cortes from the 18th to 20th of September with a vast and interesting program.
